1. About these terms

This website, outapay.com.au, is operated by Chandler Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 63 152 363 025), trading as Outapay. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover your use of the website only. If you engage us to provide payroll services, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

2. Estimates are not offers

The Get an Estimate page produces an indicative estimate only. It is calculated from the staff numbers and pay cycle you enter, applied to our standard published rates. It is not an offer and is not capable of acceptance.

All figures shown exclude GST.

Your actual fee depends on details the tool cannot know, including award complexity, entitlements, pay conditions, and any add-on services you require. We will confirm a firm price in writing before any engagement begins.

3. Assumptions built into the estimate

So you can judge the estimate fairly, these are the assumptions it makes:

• a standard number of hours worked per staff member per pay run, based on the pay cycle you select
• full-time staff are charged at a flat fee per person per pay run
• casual staff are charged at an hourly rate applied to those assumed hours
• annual figures are the per-pay-run charge multiplied by the number of pay runs in a year

4. Information you provide

You agree that the information you submit through this site is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. If you submit another person's details, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

You must not use this site to submit unlawful, misleading or abusive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with its normal operation.

5. Availability

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, including the Get an Estimate tool and the rates it uses, at any time and without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, branding and code of this website are owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, republish or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party services and websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your information.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on the estimates or other information on this site. Because those estimates are indicative, you should not make financial or commercial decisions on them alone.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the relevant services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this site, including the analytics and session recording we use. It forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
