1. Who we are

This website, outapay.com.au, is operated by Chandler Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 63 152 363 025), trading as Outapay. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that entity, which is responsible for the personal information handled through this site.

We are based at Level 9/10 Queen Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Information you give us

We only collect personal information that you choose to submit through this website. There are two places you can do that:

• Contact form — your name, email address, mobile number, company name, subject and message.
• Get an Estimate — your name, work email, company and phone number, submitted together with the figures you generated.

3. Information the estimate tool collects

The Get an Estimate page lets you enter a payroll category, staff counts and a pay cycle. You can use it freely without identifying yourself — those inputs stay in your browser and are not sent to us unless you submit the form.

When you do submit, we receive your staff counts and pay cycle so we can prepare an accurate estimate. The dollar figures are recalculated on our server from those inputs rather than trusted from your browser.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you submit to:

• respond to your enquiry and provide the estimate or information you asked for
• prepare a formal estimate based on your award, entitlement and pay conditions
• contact you about your enquiry by email or phone
• keep records of enquiries we have received and responded to

5. Analytics and session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use this site. Clarity captures how you interact with pages — clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and navigation — and combines it into heatmaps and session replays. It sets cookies on your device to recognise return visits.

This information is processed by Microsoft and is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We use it only to improve the website. We do not use it to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell it.

You can prevent this collection by blocking cookies in your browser settings, or by using your browser’s private browsing or do-not-track features. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or submit an enquiry.

6. Who else handles your information

We keep the number of third parties involved deliberately small. Your information may be handled by:

• Resend — delivers enquiry and estimate emails between you and our team.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes the requests your browser makes to it.
• Microsoft — provides the Clarity analytics described above.

7. Storage, security and overseas disclosure

Enquiries you submit are delivered to our company inbox and retained there as part of our business records. Our service providers may store or process data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and Europe.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. This site is served over HTTPS and our enquiry endpoint validates and restricts the requests it accepts. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@outapay.com.au or call 03 9656 9766 and we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Complaints

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at info@outapay.com.au so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
